CHITOL MAACHER MUITHA

Hello friends...! My todays's recipe is a Bengali delicacy. This particular fish recipe is not very common in every Bengali households. I have been trying for months to get my hands on it and finally it's done. This 'Chitol' fish is not quite a common one in the market, hence has got an availability issue. It is also characterised by 'Bangal barir ranna' for it being a little on the spicier side. 
Ok so I finally got the opportunity to make my childhood favourite dish 'Chitol Maacher Muitha'. I'm not really a fish person, (could be fishy though 😜) but the uniqueness of this dish is what makes me fall for it. 
The most important thing is, if you wish to prepare it at home, you need to specify the recipe to the fish seller while buying because we need the minced fish and not pieces.
